मुंबई | राज्यात ऐन रब्बी हंगामातील पिकांच्या काढणीचे काम अंतिम टप्प्यावर असताना अवकाळी पावसाने हजेरी लावल्यामुळे अनेक जिल्ह्यांमध्ये बळीराजा संकटात सापडला आहे. अशातच आता पुढचे 5 दिवस राज्यात मुसळधार पाऊस होणार असल्याची माहिती हवामान खात्याकडून (Weather Forecast) देण्यात आली आहे.
काल (१६ मार्चला) पाच वाजल्यापासून अनेक जिल्ह्यात पावसाला सुरुवात झाली आहे, अचानक आलेल्या पावसामुळे नागरिकांची एकच धावपळ उडाली. कोल्हापूर, सातारा, नंदुरबारसह अनेक ठिकाणी पावसाने हजेरी लावली. तर काही जिल्ह्यात ढगाळ वातावरण होत. पुढील तीन दिवस महाराष्ट्रात अवकाळी पाऊस पडण्याची शक्यता वर्तवण्यात आली आहे.
हवामान खात्याने मध्य महाराष्ट्रात अवकाळी पाऊस तसेच 16 मार्च रोजी गारपिटीचा इशारा दिला होता. तर 16 आणि 17 मार्च रोजी मराठवाडा आणि विदर्भात गारपीट होईल असे स्पष्ट करण्यात आले होते. अवकाळी पावसामुळे राज्यातील तापमानात घट होण्याची शक्यता आहे. कमाल तापमानात दोन ते चार अंश सेल्सिअसने घट होण्याची शक्यताही हवामान खात्याने वर्तवली आहे.
पुढील दोन दिवस कोकणात काही ठिकाणी हलका पाऊस आणि पालघर जिल्ह्यात काही ठिकाणी ढगांच्या गडगडाटासह मध्यम स्वरूपाचा पाऊस आणि धुळीच्या वादळाचा अंदाज हवामान खात्याने वर्तवला आहे. पालघर जिल्ह्यात काही ठिकाणी विजांच्या कडकडाटासह हलका ते मध्यम पाऊस पडण्याची शक्यता विभागाने वर्तवली आहे, काढणी केलेली पिके आणि भाजीपाला, फळे आणि फुले आणि रब्बी पिके सुरक्षित ठिकाणी ठेवण्यात आली आहेत.
